We are welcoming applications for 2021 from people that would like to join our team as a Qualified Part Time Casual Football / Event Stewards in the London Area.
At Achilleus Security (London) our Football Stewards are the lifeblood and a vital part of the safety, and customer service team at any stadium or venue we work. This position isn’t open to anyone, it’s only open to the right candidates, that have an enthusiasm, integrity and a desire to work, and also those that can meet the company’s strict recruitment criteria.

Our current Football Stewarding team members enjoy working at stadiums throughout Greater London and the Home Counties area.
We fully understand the Stewarding Industry and the needs of our team members, and as such we really don’t mind you working for other companies or clubs as long as people act professionally and meet their commitments with us that’s what is most important.
All of our Professional Football & Event Stewarding Team Members will ideally hold a Level 2 or level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Spectator Safety Qualification or MUST be prepared to achieve this qualification with our support.
We are a professional company, and we do have strict conditions to all of our positions, as we don’t hire just anyone! Although we can’t promise shifts, there are on average between 7-11 shifts currently available per month per stewards dependent on your availability.

PLEASE NOTE: We are looking for a very limited number of prospective Football / Event Stewards to join us, so if you think you really have what it takes in regards to experience and skills to take on this role, then APPLY NOW!
Our current stewarding team members enjoy working at a host of indoor and outdoor events and venues, throughout Greater London and the Home Counties area.
This role will see you responsible for the safety and security of employees and customers at events and venues that we work at.
You will be interacting with the public and employees within the events spaces and locations, along with communicating and directing customers, the public and guests, along with general crowd control / monitoring. You are also responsible for ensuring event / stadium policies, rules and safety procedures are adhered to.

We pay above National Minimum Wage Rates, and pay rates are dependent on position, qualification, venue and role, and 99% of the assignments offer a 5-hour minimum pay (call time), All our team members are employed on a PAYE Tax basis, and sadly due to HMRC Guidelines we do not except those that are Self Employed even with UTR number.
Pay rates for our Football Stewards are dependent on venue, training, and exact duties. Please note that 100% of the assignments for this role offer a 5-hour minimum pay (call time) per shift.

This industry is constantly evolving, and as such we must evolve with it, and for this role especially you must be prepared to enhance the skills you already have and learn a few more in the process.

Our Team Only Develops, When Our Team Members Develop!
Applicants For This Position of Qualified Football / Event Stewards Must Be:
1, Over 18 Years of age.
2, Have a good command of the English Language both written and verbal.
3, Be able to provide:
a) photographic proof of ID
b) proof of right to work within the UK
c) recent and relevant proofs of address
4, Must Be Able to provide a 5-year minimum checkable history.
5, Willing to work as part of a growing team.
6, Be prepared to travel within the M25 Area, outside M25 travel may be required on occasion but not compulsory.
7, Either qualified in Level 2 or 3 Spectator Safety or Equivalent standard or MUST be prepared to achieve this qualification with our support..
